New research presented at the annual meeting of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology reveals that more than 1/4 of U.S. children outgrow their food allergies.

 

The children that are less likely to outgrow their food allergies include those with multiple allergies, those with histories of severe reactions, those that are allergic to fish or nuts, and black children with food allergies.
