Allergy-Friendly Dishes for Cookouts, Barbecues, and Picnics

 

Fire up the grills and set the picnic table. It’s cookout season!

As you plan small cookouts, barbecues, and picnics – following current COVID-19 guidelines, of course – try out these options from our Safe Eats® Allergy-Friendly Recipe Collection.

Appetizers

Main Dishes

Yamburgers – Looking for a vegan or vegetarian main dish? These patties use yams (sweet potatoes), bread of your choice, and other vegetables for a meat-free and allergy-friendly option.

Corndog Bites – Kids will love these corndog muffins. You can choose your own safe hot dogs for these bite-sized treats. Serve them with Garlic-Free Ketchup made without major allergens.
