Jill Fowler, mother to Mia, is looking for a stranger who helped her dispense her daughter's EpiPen during an allergic emergency on the freeway.

Her daughter began to have symptoms of anaphylaxis, a severe allergic reaction, after eating a cookie.  Congested traffic prevented Jill from being able to exit the freeway to assist her daughter.  She put on her hazard lights and attempted to give her daughter life-saving medication (EpiPen); however, she was too frantic and was struggling.  A woman approached and injected Mia with her EpiPen.

Jill is now looking for this mystery woman, who was driving a gray Mini Cooper.
