New Food Find: Coconut Whipped Cream Topping (Milk-Free, Soy-Free)

This #NewFoodFind was first reported by VegNews and is very exciting for those managing a milk allergy and/or soy allergy.

 

So Delicious will be launching vegan CocoWhip - a milk-free, soy-free whipped cream topping.  According to VegNews, it will be free of GMOs, animal ingredients, and carrageenan. Follow SoDelicious on Facebook to find out more information about this new coconut-based product. So Delicious has shared that this product will also be soy-free.  

 

Ingredients: water, organic coconut oil, organic tapica syrup, organic cane sugar, pea protein, guar gum, organic sunflower lecithin, natural flavors, xanthan gum.

 

So Delicious has a comprehensive Allergen Prevention Program that you can use to reference ingredients and allergens in their products.

Sam 08/02--EoE.  On Flovent and scoped clear on a full diet!  Ana to pumpkin,. EAs/SAs; asthma.

Elijah 06/06--EoE - on Flovent. IgE's-- eggs, tree nuts, milk, peanut, soy, shellfish, kiwi,. EoE triggers--turkey, beef, rye. .  EAs/SAs. Asthma. Eczema.  

Olivia 11/09-- No allergies.

DS (12) Outgrown Rice, Soy, Peas, Lentils, barley and Peanuts!  Underwent medically supervised milk desensitization (oral immunotherapy--OIT) from Jan 2015 to June 2015, passed milk challenge June 2015!   Underwent medically supervised wheat desensitization July 2015 to Sept 2015. Passed wheat challenge September 2015!  Completed egg OIT 2016!
