Do you know a teen with food allergies? One of our partners is conducting an online survey on food allergy experiences in teens.
Who: Our partner is looking for teens with food allergies age 13 to 18. Your teen’s answers and identity will be completely anonymous throughout the survey process and will not be given to the survey’s sponsors or marketed or sold in any way. They will never be asked for their name or personal information while taking the survey.
What: Your teen’s responses can help our partner better understand food allergy experiences in teens. Their participation is voluntary, and they can choose to end the survey at any time.
When: Please complete the survey by Dec. 31, 2021. (It will close at 11:59 p.m. ET.)
How: Take this online survey. (Internet access is required.) If your teen qualifies, the survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete.
The survey is being conducted by HawkPartners, an independent research company.
