Idea for Change: Educate the people of the public more like an advertisement on television or shows that will include awareness on food allergies

We need empathy more than just awareness. I say teachers should go into schools and explain what it feels like.

Have the kids breathe through straws for a full minute and help people understand the frustration!

Teach kids that allergies are NOT contagious and that we should include everybody.

Most kids and teachers understand what allergies are, but asking for lunchtime accomadations can still be hard. People need to understand so they can empathize and make a huge difference for the next allergy  patient who's under their supervision!
