Milk Allergy Alert: Half-Gallon Refrigerated Almond Breeze

HP Hood LLC is voluntarily recalling a limited number of half-gallon (1.89 L) cartons of refrigerated Vanilla Almond Breeze almond milk because the product may contain milk, an allergen not listed on the label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Peanut Allergy Warning: Flour Tainted with Peanut Linked to Baked Goods Recall

A published report says a recent flood of cake and cookie recalls are linked to flour containing "low levels" of undeclared peanut supplied to a Georgia company. Food Safety News said in its May 3 edition that the Georgia company, CSM Bakery Solutions, used the flour in products distributed to its customers.
