Young Ethan Stands Strong Against Food Allergies and EoE

Meet Ethan, a Star Wars fan from Ohio. He fights his eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and multiple food allergies not with light sabers, but with karate. Ethan, a second grader, is our November #‎WhereInTheWorldIsMyEpinephrine winner. His mom told us that karate gave him his self confidence and happiness back after his diagnosis.
