Let us know what you need help with - things are always changing as our kids hit different ages and stages which means adapting how we manage their allergies - food and otherwise. Be sure to check out the forums to connect w/ other parents.

Thanks Kathy - It's going to take a while to figure out everything on this site. There's so much and it's a bit overwhelming Luckily there's a local group I belong to that has helped tremendously.

Our main forum is a good place to start.  Browse through the topics and feel free to jump in and/or start your own topic.  You may also like our babies, toddlers and preschoolers forum.

What a handsome guy! Welcome to KFA - what food allergies do  you manage?

Thanks Kathy! I'm managing my little one's peanut (ana) and tree nut allergies on top of some indoor and environmental allergies. He was first diagnosed with the peanut at 14 months and then tree nut was added at just over 2 years. He'll be 3 in a few weeks and I just now somewhat feel like I'm getting my feet back under me.
