Awww! Puffy eyes are so annoying! I hope he can get better. Some things that can help with that as an anti-inflammation thing is drinking green tea, cucumber over the eyes at night, and try not to rub them. Oils on your fingers can make it worse. 

 

A little encouragement: pollen count is high right now, but it's about to calm down. So will Charley! ♡
