A Growing Food Allergy Epidemic: One in 13 U.S. Children Has a Food Allergy

Food allergies are on the rise, but no one knows why. The percentage of children with a food allergy has increased by about 50% between 1997 and 2011. One in 13 U.S. children now has a food allergy.
