A published report says a recent flood of cake and cookie recalls are linked to flour containing "low levels" of undeclared peanut supplied to a Georgia company.

Food Safety News said in its May 3 edition that the Georgia company, CSM Bakery Solutions, used the flour in products distributed to its customers. The company would not name the supplier and has made other arrangements.

CSM distributed products to Safeway, 7-Eleven, Chick-fil-A, Cinnabon, Bakery Express and other places. The company told Food Safety News that testing after production revealed the presence of peanut. Peanut was not listed on the product labels.
