Rich Products of Canada recalls Dorgel and Farmboy products due to undeclared tree nuts (almonds).
Fort Erie, Ontario – Rich Products of Canada, Limited of Fort Erie, Ontario, is warning consumers not to consume the Dorgel and Farmboy® products described below because they contain ALMONDS which are not declared on the label.
The affected Dorgel products are described below and are distributed to food retailers across Ontario. The affected Farmboy® 700 ml Hazelnut Gelato product listed below includes all "best before" dates prior to November 30, 2012, and is distributed to food retailers across Ontario.

The affected products may cause serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to ALMONDS.
There have been no reported illnesses or complaints associated with the consumption of these products.
The manufacturer, Rich Products of Canada, Limited, Fort Erie, Ontario is voluntarily recalling them from the market and the CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of that recall.
