I've done ribbon roses, but these have individual petals. You basically roll out each petal based on little balls of graduated sizes. I'll have to see if I can find the write up my friend did - cuz I don't recall exactly and I haven't done any in a while.

Do you do ribbon roses? Those are very cute. I use those sometimes too.

Still very nice roses I have a technique a friend showed me for quick (no cutter) fondant roses. I've used them on a cake and they work great!
