thank you for answering my question ..I'm soo happy to find this site and to share others experience ..my daughter will turn 5 years old this February ..she's allergic to milk (all dairy products ) eggs , peanuts and nuts ( almost all kinds of nuts )...asthma , eczema .. I was feeling terrible every year before her birthday for just thinking about buying a cake that everyone can eat except her ..after seeing all this amazing cake ..I decide this year to make her a great one (I hope soo...).but all this experience give me a lot of hope .i'll try that in her brother's birthday (January )..thank you for all ...great job

That definitely looks like fondant covering the cake. And I'm assuming a Jesse doll standing on top.
