I wish I could say that it was something we did, but it was not. We were on strict avoidance of both soy and milk until DS outgrew, so it wasn't anything like keeping baked in his diet. I know there is a lot of research being done to see if keeping baked milk in a child's diet - if they can tolerate it obviously - actually increases to odds of outgrowing, but for us all we did was wait it out the old fashioned way
I see in your signature you have outgrown allergies. YAY! What do you attribute this to? My DD is holding on to hers (peanut, tree nut, milk, slightly outgrowing egg) If there is anything I know I can do to increase her chances of outgrowing these sooner I'd like to know and hear other mom's perspectives. Thanks!
