I only have a couple things I use oat flour in....and they are specifically oat flour recipes. So, I'm not much help there! I know for sure that rice/potato/corn in equal parts will work.
Oh wait, I have oats work with too- Would that be better to add in somehow? I cannot figure out how to use these flours! There are too many and too many variables and rules. I'm a cooking-type girl, over baking!
