Nice find! an elemental diet can be tough, but tougher as a teen/adult! If you need help spinning tasty treats out of limited ingredients, head over the to Food & Cooking forum ! You'd be surprised what you can make w/ limited ingredients and a little inspiration.

It took some work to find a Registered Dietitian who "got it", but once we found the right person to work with she was super helpful!
