My little space explorer (aka space destroyer) is allergic to 7 known foods - dairy, soy, eggs, peas, peanuts, beef and pork, along with environmental allergy. He's only 2-1/2 so his understanding of his allergies is none. I'm sure it would be a learning curve is the next few years.

Spencer was born with anaphylactic allergies to beef, seafood/shellfish, all tree nuts, and peanuts. He was also allergic to pork, watermelon, eggs, grasses, dogs, trees, and most antibiotics. He outgrew watermelon, eggs, and dogs as a smaller child. His allergy to pork has lessened. Just last week he tested out of brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, and pecans. He successfully has eaten both walnuts and hazelnuts now.
Thanks ladies! She is 13 and has allergies to milk,peanuts,and shellfish. Has outgrown eggs,soy,oats, beef, and pork. We still limited these though. Also allergic to grass, trees,cats,dogs, and mold. I am having trouble finding that forum but I will join as soon as I find it.
jasiah was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis at the age of 1. he is allergic to milk, soy, corn, all nuts, beef and pork. he had an allergy to egg whites and wheat but grew out of it and now he is a happy 4 yr old in pre-k.
Bobby is allergic to egg, milk, wheat, beef, pork, coconut, penicillin and other medicines. Also, due to his food allergies chocolate, shellfish, fish, nuts and tree nuts are avoided. He is also very sensitive to grass, dust and pollen. Bobby just recently tested out of soy!!
Meg can post more detail but her daughter has many food issues and her only safe foods were sugar, strawberries and pork--but in case you were worried about nutrition, her daughter is tube-fed formula. If I recall correctly they were doing these cupcakes to trial sorghum to see if her daughter could eat it safely. Odd, I know, but it's AMAZING the things Meg has done with three foods.
