The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) released the 2013 Spring Allergy Capitals report naming the 100 most challenging places to live with allergies during the spring. This year Jackson, MS came in at number one, followed by Knoxville, TN; Chattanooga, TN; McAllen, TX; and Louisville, KY. For the complete list, visit www.AllergyCapitals.com.

We are in the Louisville area. I've taken much more antihistamines and decongestants this year already. Ugh.
