Lehigh University Introduces Allergen-Free Station at Dining Hall

Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, has created an allergen-free station to serve students foods free of the top 8 allergens.

Staff working at the new Simple Servings location are specially trained on cross-contamination and how to read labels.

They offer a varying menu and now 50 percent of the students are buying food from this station, even if they don't have allergies!
