Rudi's Gluten-Free has revealed a new sandwich bread for those with wheat allergy, gluten intolerance, celiac disease, milk allergy or soy allergy - Double Fiber Sandwich Bread:

They also have new Ciabatta Rolls (plain and rosemary olive oil) that are also free of gluten, milk, and soy.

I tried the ciabatta rolls and they are awesome, but do have egg. I used them for Buffalo chicken sliders for a Super Bowl party.
