Re: New Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup Pie product launch at Burger King® Restaurants

Burger King Corporation (BKC) is committed to providing accurate nutrition and allergen information for our guests so that they are able to meet their individual needs. As part of this commitment, our process includes timely dissemination of accurate information.

Accordingly, we are informing the food allergen community about the addition of Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup Pie to our nationwide menu in January 2015. The Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup Pie will be available in sealed individually portioned packages and therefore is seen as a very low cross-contact risk; however, we will now have this nut allergen – peanut – in our restaurants. At this time, this is the only menu item that contains peanuts on the BURGER KING® menu. Other allergens present in the Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup Pie are: Soy, Peanut, Wheat and Milk.

In addition, our guests will continue to find complete and up-to-date nutritional and allergen information for BURGER KING® menu items on our website, bk.com.
