Trick with the chocolate - I put a handful of safe chocolate chips in a plastic bag with a dab of EB buttery stick, put the bag in a bowl, then microwaved 30 seconds at a time until chocolate was just melted. Then I cut the very teeniest amount of one corner of the bag off to create a "piping bag" & was able to pipe on melted chocolate for hair, and also to fill in the edges of the Oreos so none of the white center was showing.

Wacky cake, frosting with shortening, Oreos, safe chocolate chips (melted for the hair + used for the eyes), and a heart-shaped jelly bean for the mouth (http://www.gimbalscandy.com/cherry-lovers.html).
