Blog Post CommentSo I'm looking at this and thinking it may be something to trial a little with my son this summer. We know potato and coconut are doable. Would the extracts have a lot of proteins in them? And food starch is usually a corn source, right? OMG I just realized he may be able to try this! Also heard it may be right at our S&S
