I just add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to my mashed potatoes. I don't drain them so well that I need to add any liquid. Chicken broth is a nice addition, but I don't like to add cold broth, and I'm too lazy to heat any, so unless I'm cooking a meal that has generated chicken broth, I don't use it. Even guests seem to like my mashed potatoes, so I think it works. You would be able to tell the difference if you were eating them side-by-side of potatoes with real milk and butter,...
Mustard - he had a hot dog, which included it as a hidden spice. He threw it up within the hour and had profuse rhinitis as well (sneezing/discharge from nose). He was eating shrimp ok. He didn't really like it but I chopped it up small and gave it to him about once a month. Then I sort of fell off that...

I set them on a plastic cutting board add salt and pepper which I let my children pull up a chair and sprinkle on. Then we cover chops with cellophane overlapping the entire board and get out a meat mallet or for my two year old I let her use her build to grow hammer and lightly pound the chops. I say...
