I think I posted it when I made them, but I'm having trouble finding it on the new site. It's very simple, though. The donuts are a chocolate cake batter baked in Norpro Donut Pans . I used Cherrybrook Kitchen's gluten free cake mix, and substituted applesauce for oil (equal amount) and baked according to pan directions. The coating is 1 bag Enjoy LIfe Chocolate Chips, 1 cup So Delicious vanilla coconut milk, and 1/8 tsp peppermint oil. Melt the chips into the milk/oil and add the peppermint...

I actually do too! I started making millet when T was allergic to wheat as a toddler. When we got wheat back, I made "regular" w/ bulgur and we all preferred the millet! Now that we've come full circle to no wheat/gluten, it's a slam dunk.
