Blog Post CommentAlso, I wanted to mention Trader Joe's carries the non-mint brownie crisps, and they are delicious! I'm fairly certain these are the Lucy's brownie crisps private labeled. Gluten, egg, nut, and dairy-free. (Of the top 8, they only contain soy.)

File CommentI think I posted it when I made them, but I'm having trouble finding it on the new site. It's very simple, though. The donuts are a chocolate cake batter baked in Norpro Donut Pans . I used Cherrybrook Kitchen's gluten free cake mix, and substituted applesauce for oil (equal amount) and baked according to pan directions. The coating is 1 bag Enjoy LIfe Chocolate Chips, 1 cup So Delicious vanilla coconut milk, and 1/8 tsp peppermint oil. Melt the chips into the milk/oil and add the peppermint...

Blog Post CommentHi @Abigails Mommy , the recipe calls for "mini" chocolate chips, not "mint". The difference between an I and a T may be hard to see on your device. As you know, but I'm sharing for the benefit of readers, Enjoy Life Foods makes dairy-free, soy-free mini chocolate chips.

File CommentAlso forgot to add that that I used dairy/soy-free white chocolate chips that were melted and mixed with a bit of green food color and mint flavoring, then molded, to create the shamrock pops at the back of the cake!
