Read the entire label:
Marketing terms like "Non-Dairy", "Dairy-Free", and "Milk-Free" are sometimes used on products. But you need to read the entire ingredients to make sure a product is free of milk. Non-dairy products may contain sodium caseinate which is a milk protein. Other terms are not regulated to have a specific meaning.
Our friend Elena shows us how to make simple milk-free cheese crisps using only one ingredient – dairy-free cheese slices! They make a great snack to munch on after school, during family movie time, or after play time.
