Most Snyder's Pretzels Now Made in Peanut-Free Facility

Snyder’s of Hanover® said it has moved most of its pretzel-making to a facility free of peanuts.

The company's pretzel line previously carried cross-contact warnings for peanut.

Now, any snack made in the peanut-free plant will show a peanut-free symbol.

Some varieties already show the new allergen information and are on sale now:

  • Pretzel Minis
  • Pretzel Sticks
  • Pretzel Snaps
  • Pretzel Rods

Remaining products with updated graphics will be on store shelves by the end of the year.

The company will make pretzels with nuts, like those filled with peanut butter, in a separate plant.
