PASCHA Chocolate, bean-to-bar makers of organic, vegan chocolate, announced some new products this month at Expo West!
First, they have added mini-bars to their product line â 15 individually wrapped pieces sold in a 3.7 ounce package, in blends of 55%, 70%, or 5% cacao. PASCHA chocolate is free of dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, gluten and soy, and unless otherwise marked, their products are also Fair Trade.
For bakers, they have also added baking chips, in blends of 55%, 85% and 100% cacao.
Last but not least, PASCHA Make Me Smile! Chocolate Spread is made from concentrated fruit syrup and 100% unsweetened chocolate, and is made in a top-8 free facility. The company said it is lower in fat, sugar and calories than traditional spreads and contains no hydrogenated fats or emulsifiers. It will be fun to try this on sandwiches, baked desserts, crepes, or maybe added to frozen desserts. The spread will be available in stores later this year.
PASCHA is sold online, at health food stores and at some grocery stores.
