New Allergy-Friendly, Vegan Baking Mixes from Zema's Madhouse Foods

There is a new option on the market for making allergy-friendly baked goods. Zema's Madhouse Foods is certified gluten-free, Kosher, vegan, non-GMO and their facility is free of the top 8 allergens (milk, egg, soy, wheat, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish). Their mixes are also free of preservatives, additives and food colorings.

Zema's Madhouse Foods use ancient whole grains and seeds such as chia, hemp and flax to offer healthier gluten-free mixes.

Mixes include Cinnamon Oatmeal Apple Muffin Mix, Cocoa Teff Pancake & Waffle Mix, Rosemary-Millet Focaccia & Pizza Crust, and Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix.

Zemas can be found in various stores in the Chicago-Highland Park area including Whole Foods Market in Kildeer, Deerfield and Northbrook. Their products will soon be available in other areas of the midwest and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  You can also purchase these mixes online:

Zema's Madhouse Foods will be debuting at the Natural Products Expo East in September 2013.
