Monday
Chicken salad in a pita: Chef Luca's Lunch Box Chicken Salad is a great option that uses vegan mayonnaise and leftover chicken. Can't use pita? Pack a container of chicken salad and tortilla chips for scooping it all up. No vegan mayonnaise options? Try this lettuce-wrapped Chicken Unsalad Sandwich that packs all of the chicken salad goodness inside the chicken. And it’s free of the other most common allergens, like milk, soy, wheat, gluten, peanut, tree nut, sesame, fish, and shellfish.
Pack with a cheese stick, grapes, fruit leather and milk or milk alternative.
Tuesday
Pasta salad: Pasta salad doesn’t have to have mayonnaise. BLT Pasta Salad is a whole meal with lots of flavor in every bite. It can also be made free of milk, peanut, tree nut, sesame, soy, fish, shellfish, wheat, and gluten. Pack the lettuce and croutons separately to keep them from getting soggy. Mix it all together just before eating.
Pack with carrot sticks, cinnamon and sugar apple slices, and milk or milk alternative.
Wednesday
Quesadilla with salsa or guacamole: Toast up a safe tortilla with your favorite cheese or milk-free cheese alternative. You can add diced chicken or other meat. Allow quesadilla to cool before cutting in quarters and packing.
Pack with pepper strips, applesauce, and milk or milk alternative.
Thursday
Banana Bread with cream cheese sandwich: Toast the banana bread a little and make sure your cream cheese or milk-free cream cheese substitute is not too cold to spread. You can cut into fun shapes using cookie cutters. Or try these Zucchini Carrot Muffins. Pack muffins along with a small container of cream cheese or milk-free alternative and a spreader.

Friday
Egg-Free French Toast or Egg-Free, Wheat-Free Waffle sticks with maple syrup: Use your favorite recipe and bread. Slice into sticks for easy dipping and eating. Or try these French Toast Muffins. Add some sliced ham for more protein.
Pack with Chickpea “Nuts,” mixed fruit salad, and milk or milk alternative.
