Lorene Alba, the Director of Education for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), joined us on Instagram to make Rainbow Scoops from our Safe Eats® Allergy-Friendly Recipe Collection. This salad is packed with lots of nutrition and flavor. It’s versatile too. It’s free of egg, milk, peanut, tree nut, sesame, soy, fish, shellfish, wheat, and gluten. But you can adapt it to suit your family’s allergies and tastes.
