Each webinar video is approximately one-hour long. I recommend picking out a few topics and watching some of these during the winter break. There is a lot of great information in these videos for parents, grandparents, teachers, school nurses, and support group leaders.
This gives me hope that my child will eventually be allergy free and his life will not be in danger from a simple item of food! Thank you so much for this great article in layman terms so that we parents can understand it!
Hi Michael, Very interesting for us to read as I have more than one grandchild with food allergies! Congratulations on all your accomplishments and studies. Love from us all, your old Oxford neighbour!

Great overview! KFA- is there any additional info about the use of Allergen non-specific therapies for EoE? What about accupressure or homeopathics? Thank you!
They gave me one of these tests to check if had a carrot allergy, and another to test my pepper allergy. I failed both, and ended up in the ER both times because one EpiPen dose couldn't calm down the reaction. They wanted to do more oral tests to make sure my blood tests for the other allergies were accurate, but my mom won't schedule them because she thinks it's too dangerous to try them right now. Any advice on how to talk to her about this?
I have a child with multiple food allergies, with dairy being the most severe. He also has had asthma induced with "contact sensitive" reactions from accidentally touching an allergen on a surface and then touching a membrane (eyes, nose, lips). Many people do not realize the severity of "cross-contamination" and or "contact sensitive" individuals with food allergies. Putting my son in a room full of kids eating something that he can't is just as dangerous due to the "contact sensitivity". I...
this is very sad news... We have been using these products since 2015 and they were a lifesaver for my son. I used to get them shipped to Europe when I lived there.
I too was very disappointed to hear that a large selection of Enjoy Life products, that kids with nut allergies could safely enjoy will no longer be available.
Thank you for letting us know. My son loves the coco loco bars and I have been having trouble finding them, now I know why. I hope I can find some of the products before they go out of stock.
This is very disappointing, I've been eating their baked goods for years now. I'm not much of a chocolate bar kind of person. I can't think of any other breakfast bar that's not only gluten free but doesn't have nuts or soy. Guess I have to search elsewhere.
I share the disappointment with everyone here, Enjoy Life was a favorite in our family! 😭 @Ms.Celiac you mentioned needing to find a new gluten, nut, and soy free bar. Have you already searched in the Allergy-Friendly Foods Collection ? There are a few options there that may work for you! Made Good and Zego are a few that come to mind. KFA is working to add more baked good options after the Enjoy Life announcement to provide some alternatives for those needing them. Stay on the lookout for...
Ms. Celiac - Madegood just came out with a baked breakfast bar that is gluten free and nut free - has been successful with both my celiac husband and tree nut allergic daughter, but I can’t speak to other allergies. I found them at Target. Hope this helps!
