Also, I wanted to mention Trader Joe's carries the non-mint brownie crisps, and they are delicious! I'm fairly certain these are the Lucy's brownie crisps private labeled. Gluten, egg, nut, and dairy-free. (Of the top 8, they only contain soy.)

Hi @Abigails Mommy , the recipe calls for "mini" chocolate chips, not "mint". The difference between an I and a T may be hard to see on your device. As you know, but I'm sharing for the benefit of readers, Enjoy Life Foods makes dairy-free, soy-free mini chocolate chips.

Also forgot to add that that I used dairy/soy-free white chocolate chips that were melted and mixed with a bit of green food color and mint flavoring, then molded, to create the shamrock pops at the back of the cake!
