Re: Valentine's Black Forest Brownie Torte

Kathy P ·
Black Forest Brownie Torte I made these last night so I could run one over to a friend whose ds just started an elimination diet for D/E/Gluten. I didn't have cherry pie filling or the time to make my own, but did have a can of tart pie cherries. I just used drained cherries and it worked fine. I used this Wilton Heart Pan and it made 3 cakes. I baked it for 15 min and they were done perfectly! The hardest part was greasing the pan to make sure all the crevices were all coated w/ shortening.
