Updated information: Simply Natural Foods, LLC Issues Allergy Alert for High Levels of Milk Protein in Simply Lite Dark Chocolate Bars Contact: Consumer: 1-866-923-1549 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - March 17, 2014 - Simply Natural Foods, LLC of Commack, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling its 85g (3oz) Simply Lite Dark Chocolate Bar, because FDA testing indicated that bars from certain lots contained high levels of milk protein, while the label of the product stated that it may contain traces of milk.

Lillie is allergic to Tree Nuts. She has out grown her egg allergy she passed her egg food challenge in March!!

No plan to challenge any right now numbers are off the chart. Ige level is 85+ right now and thats with 3 allergy meds daily. Just started immunotherapy shots in March. Next apt in July

I was complacent. My 14 year old daughter was complacent. Eye-rolls and annoyed posture every time I asked if she had her epi-pen. She doesn't remember her reaction when she was 2.75 years old and there have been many, many expired epi-pens since. I used to say it was the best money I ever threw away. Until this year, I got annoyed. I was certain I had sent in an epi-pen in the fall for school. The nurse sent an email to all delinquent parents of food allergic kids. "Your child's epi-pen is...

Different Skin Structure in Some People With Eczema Could Play a Role in Food Allergy Development

Researchers at National Jewish Health and their colleagues have identified structural and molecular markers in the skin of atopic dermatitis patients that distinguish those who have food allergies from those who do not. The findings strengthen emerging science indicating that the skin plays a major role in food allergies, and suggest that personalized treatments for a subset of atopic dermatitis patients might help prevent food allergies.
