Congratulations to 6-year-old Zayden. He is our first My First Day of School Photo winner! All of the entries are precious and show off some pretty remarkable kids who happen to live with food allergies. - Ashley (Zayden's Mom) We're randomly selecting winners each week until September 25, so be sure to add your photo !
Congratulations to our second winner Evan! Evan is allergic to peanuts and egg. He is one of four kids in his class of 18 who live with severe food allergies. I feel fortunate that his teacher and his school take food allergies seriously and work hard to keep all the students safe without excluding them. Evan’s food allergies never slow him down! - Shaunna (Evan's Mom) There is still time to enter, so be sure to add your photo !
Don't mean to be a downer but I am 48 years old and since the age of 4 years old have been waiting to outgrow my milk allergy. Milk makes my sneezy and conjested but not Ana., contact etc. I can have traces of milk and items that are made on shared equipment without too much problems. Stanford told us they don't think Christian will ever outgrow his cause it's so bad. The point that I'm trying to make is live your life happy. Know how to manage your allergies, hope for the best and if you...
I thought I would see more comments from other parents who may have children have similar feelings. I would be interested in helping set this up. Is there a phone number I could contact you at so we could talk live.
Bumping this up to remind you to update your Java software before attending our live online classes. Our next class is February 20. Celebrating Birthdays with Food Allergies: https://www4.gotomeeting.com/register/501633871

We live about 40 minutes away from Standford and are so excited for this wonderful gift for not only the Bay Area but the world. Mr. Parker is an Angel on earth. Finally a person who has money and actually doing something meaningful with it besides just buying another fancy car or house. God Bless you Mr. Parker. My children and I are going to send a letter of thanks to him and encourage the rest of our allergy family to do the same. If I can't find an address for him then I will send it...
Hmmm. Good question! I'm not a doctor, but I can throw out some theories based on conversations I have had with doctors, plus my family's own experience with medical studies. I'm thinking that there may be a difference in how food allergy works or presents in children vs. adults, so the results would not be the same.
