I actually do too! I started making millet when T was allergic to wheat as a toddler. When we got wheat back, I made "regular" w/ bulgur and we all preferred the millet! Now that we've come full circle to no wheat/gluten, it's a slam dunk.
These are really good! I grabbed a box of the crunchy Chocolate Chip at Sprouts and (confession time) they didn't last long! I had to slap hubs' hands and tell him he had to leave them for me since I rarely treat myself to gluten free cookies!!
